As you may have heard, the RBKC Major Planning Development Committee will meet to decide upon the M&S site planning application on the 5th Oct, at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall on Hornton Street. As expected, the planning officers have recommended ‘approval’ but the decision is for the Planning Committee Members to decide on the night.

Over the past months Charles II Place and Smith Street planning consultants have worked tirelessly to launch an effective opposition. Experts in heritage, carbon and acoustics have been commissioned to provide evidence. The multi-resident working group, which includes the Chelsea Society, have been providing meaningful feedback and advice during the process.
